Mekanism is a full-service creative advertising agency with a growing team in the Chicago area. Their expanding office needed to relocate from a co-working space but wanted to maintain the flexibility offered in co-working facilities.

In order to support the diverse variety of creative work styles, we provided this thriving team of young professionals with six unique breakout areas and two conference rooms in addition to individual workstations. The workstations surround a bullpen area where food, drinks, and ideas can be casually shared. By providing an array of recreational amenities Mekanism hopes to improve the employee experience to encourage engagement and productivity.
