We recently partnered with Focus and Partners By Design on the Porter Apartments in downtown Oak Park.  This 7-story luxury apartment building features a variety of unit types and offers tenants indoor and outdoor amenity spaces, a fitness studio, a pet spa and working spaces.

 We provided furniture solutions for the amenity spaces as well as model apartment spaces, blending contract and residential solutions.  We worked closely with the team to understand the design intent and provide pieces that created a welcoming yet functional space for tenants.  Brands like Blu Dot, Rove Concepts, Ethnicraft, MAMAGREEN and Kettal helped us stay on time and within budget while maintaining design integrity, resulting in an amazing space for tenants to call home!
